Paravia ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") operates the Paravia mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• "Personal Data" means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• "Usage Data" means data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the App or from the App infrastructure itself (e.g., device information).
• "You" means the individual accessing or using the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Personal Data You Provide Directly

We may collect the following categories of information that you voluntarily provide when using the App:

(a) Flight Information. When you scan boarding pass barcodes, manually input flight details, or import flights from your Calendar or email, we collect data including but not limited to airline names, flight numbers, departure and arrival airports, dates, times, timezones, and mileage.

(b) GPS and Location Data. When you enable real-time GPS tracking, the App collects precise geolocation data to record your journey. Location data is collected only while you are actively recording a track and is stored locally on your device.

(c) GPX Files. When you import GPX files, the App processes the GPS track data contained therein for display and management purposes.

(d) Photo Metadata. When you use the photo location extraction feature, the App reads EXIF geolocation metadata embedded in your photos. Photo metadata extraction is performed entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

(e) User-Generated Content. Any routes, landmarks, notes, or other content you create or add within the App.
